i tried online to download updates but it does nothing.

MS509 has been replaced by AL519.

you can turn to your distributor for update files. We will send the update pack to some distributors.

Why aren't the updates on Autel's site ? This seems odd to me. Why are you pushing this off to the 'distributors' ? and who are these 'distributors' ? Somethings not right here.

Because MS509 is an old model, and we only put the models-at-present updates on our website....
